The Public Participation Register records verified participation in CASCADIA public consultations. It confirms how many verified participants have engaged — not who they are or what they voted.
What this register is
- Verified participant count — Aggregate totals only; no individual records are disclosed.
- Non-derivable public identifiers — Each participant has a random, non-derivable public identifier that cannot be linked to names, emails, or government IDs.
- Versioned consent records — Consent timestamps are stored with privacy-policy version, terms version, authentication provider, and withdrawal status.
- No cross-consultation history — Participation across different consultations is not linked or disclosed publicly.
What is NOT in this register
- Full names or usernames
- Email addresses or home addresses
- IP addresses or device fingerprints
- Provider-issued identity credentials
- Exact participation timestamps (only aggregate periods published)
- Individual vote choices or response content
- Cross-consultation voting histories
